Important information before registering

Please note that once Mentor on the move has been loaded onto one Palm it cannot be transferred to another user. It is therefore essential that you only install Mentor on the move onto your own device. If you load the card onto another person's device, and then try to transfer it to your own, the card will not work. EMIS takes no responsibility if the card has been loaded on to another person's device.

Please take care of your Mentor on the move card and keep a record of your unique card ID number, as EMIS takes no responsibility for lost cards.

If you use a Palm Tungsten T3, please note that in order to use the full screen facility, you need to download a zip file which contains two files, AppSlipRotate.prc and StatusBarLib.prc. Please install both files at the same time, as synchronising one at a time will cause the Palm to crash.
